Hello 2026

I've got a quick housekeeping post to make here about the other boxes I opened on Christmas Day, as my wife hooked me up with some great product. The big hit was clearly the Patrick Mahomes auto I discussed back on the 26th but I did decently well with the World Cup Prizm hobby box and the La Liga Select hobby boxes she also got me.  As mentioned on the Mahomes post, those two Revolution boxes yielded three total autographs, one being the Mahomes /15 and the other two being Carl Eller and Kayshon Boutte, both of which were to /199.

On the soccer side of things, I ended up with a few more autographs as well. The Prizm club world cup box netted a pretty solid autograph in Real Madrid and French national team midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni. This autograph was /99 and while it's not an end game autograph, it's a solid one because Tchouameni is a very good player and there are far worse names on the checklist.

My La Liga box wasn't as good from an autograph perspective, though I did get a Robert Lewandowski and Lamine Yamal dual patch memorabilia card. I also got more than the assortment of numbered cards that come per hobby, which was a plus. I did not hit a case hit in either box. The two autographs below are players I'm just not familiar with, which happens in league specific sets.

The autographs from Select were Juanmi Latasa and Isaac Romero.
